President inspects sites for new Naval Hosp. Washington, D.C., Aug 4. Accompanied by members of Congress and the Surgeon General of the U.S. Navy, President Roosevelt today drove 20 miles through the District of Columbia to inspect two sites for the Navy's new $4,800,000 hospitals.
